Electronic Payment
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the payment processing network.
Return of Damaged Goods
Any damaged goods must be returned in original packaging within 7 days for a full refund.
Cancellation of Orders
If for any reason you request a cancellation on your order a small handling charge may be occured if your order has already been processed. You will be informed of these charges at the time of cancellation.
Shipping and Dispatch of Orders
We endeavour to have orders for items that are in stock dispatched within 7-10 days of placement date. Delays may be incurred for items that are currently out of stock or if there are difficulties with processing payment. We will notify you of any unreasonable delays when processing your order. Standard Shipping is $5 for delivery anywhere in New Zealand.
